About me
Vision
I believe in the power of Qi Gong to bring balance to both body and mind, allowing individuals to discover what it truly means to stand freely in life—free from physical discomfort, limiting thoughts, and negative emotions. Through practice, you embark on a journey from the realm of certainty to the kingdom of freedom.
The underlying belief is that when each individual achieves their fullest potential, society as a whole functions optimally.

Mission
My mission is to make Qi Gong available for everyone and inspire your inner light, enabling you to pursue your unique path with vitality. This journey helps you create a boundless life and learn to embrace the well-being that is rightfully yours. It’s about mastering the art of acceptance in your life.
How can I achieve greater happiness and create a boundless existence? I think it begins with inner focus and a deep admiration for the entire universe. It involves giving love and having respect. Accepting that everything happens for a reason and that the universe is perfect, just like the human body.

The mental preparation and the desired inner state.

Feel your head in the (blue) sky and your feet deep in the earth. Relax your entire body and let your body follow your thoughts in all directions into the depths of infinity.
Wai jing nei jing
Xin cheng mao gong
Feel respect for yourself and for the practice, and be calm and still. Your mind is like a smooth and crystal-clear mountain lake.
Yi nian bu qi
Shen zu tai kong
Remain still, with your attention in the universe, the infinite emptiness. Your boundaries fade, and you are the universe.
Shen yi zhao ti
Zhou shen rong rong
Now bring your full attention into your body, from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet, and fill your entire body with qi. Feel the warm glow of qi flowing through your body. Your whole body is in harmony with qi.
Lift Qi Up
The Lift Qi Up Pour Qi Down method is simple to learn and accessible to everyone, no matter your level of your experience -from beginners to advanced practitioners. It can even be practiced with minimal movement by simply visualizing the flow of Qi in your mind. You will learn gentle, slow meditative movements combined with mental visualizations to cultivate Qi. Internal Qi, within yourself, is moved outward and the external Qi, gathered from nature, is absorbed inward.
This interchange of Qi nourishes your entire body’s cellular membrane, creating harmony, connection, and a pathway for receiving universal Hunyuan Qi and healing.

Sway La Qi
Sway La Qi is a simple exercise designed to facilitate relaxation through mindful movement and visualization. As you move gently, energy can circulate freely, helping to relieve tension. This practice not only promotes a greater connection to your inner self but also allows you to increase your own Qi quickly.
Three Centers Merge
Three centers merge: The Dantiens are three vital energy centers in your body: the lower Dantien, located in the lower abdomen; the middle Dantien, located in the chest; and the upper Dantien, situated in the head. Each Dantien plays a crucial role in storing and regulating Qi.
Engage in a standing meditative exercise that harmonizes your body and mind. Focus your attention deep into lower Dantien.
When thoughts arise, gently redirect your focus to the energy flow moving from the crown of your head to the lower Dantien, from your hands to the lower Dantien, and from your feet to the lower Dantien. Stay focused in your lower Dantien, allowing any built-up muscle tension to release. As you do so, your base Qi will increase. Inviting the three centers to merge into unity.

Wall Squats
Wall Squats! This exercise opens the entire spine and can relieve back pain. Mingmen. Known as the "Gate of Life" in China, refers to the lower back area, highlighting its importance. Many Chi Neng Qi Gong exercises aim to open this area, as the spine serves as the main channel for Qi, making its health crucial for directing Qi throughout the body.
Dr Pang Ming
Dr Pang left a successful career in medicine to create a modern qigong that would be safe and easy to learn. Its basis is theories he developed about the nature of the universe and the sub-systems within it, including humans. His theories and the practice itself draw on Traditional Chinese Medicine, qigong and martial arts, as well as on Western science.
Dr Pang published a number of books on the theory and practice of Zhineng Qigong, some of which have now been translated into English. His aim was for people to achieve excellent health along with wisdom and spiritual awareness. He used the term ‘true self’ to describe our inherent consciousness or being. Experiencing and living in accord with our true self brings a sense of peace and harmony, a clear mind, and freedom from compulsive thoughts and desires.
